"If opportunity doesn't knock, build a door."

(Milton Berle)

March already?  It certainly doesn't feel like spring is on the way! I hope all of you are faring well in this last phase of winter.  The quote above made me think of you - of all the hard work you do on behalf of your students and other stakeholders. It might not come easy, but you work to find paths to success every day!

Part of my job is to help you find the path to success when the way seems foggy. I hope you enjoy the articles I've included this month, which are designed to provide ideas that may help you on the journey of leadership and systemic improvement.

If your organization needs support or assistance through consultation, mentoring or customized professional development contact me at [email protected] or (603) 490-5874. Sincerely, Tina McCoy

A reminder: If you have a licensed speech/language pathologist who needs customized professional learning centered around students who use AAC/AT, consider mentoring as an alternative to off-site (and decontextualized) trainings or costly contracted services.  Heather Gray, M.S., CCC-SLP, ATP is ready to build the capacity of your professional to work successfully with any student.

Coming soon: Mentoring and consultation for preschool and elementary special education teachers!
